1. Oil stains on the friction plates or damaged friction plates. The solution is to clean or replace the friction plates;
2. The release bearing is pressed against the release lever in the engaged state. The solution is to shorten the length of the push rod of the master cylinder assembly;
3. The free travel of the release bearing is too large. The solution is to lengthen the push rod in the master cylinder assembly;
4. Air in the hydraulic system. The solution is to bleed the air from the hydraulic system;

II. Abnormal noise in the off-road forklift gearbox: Analysis of possible causes:
1. Excessive gear wear or damaged bearings. The solution is to replace the gears or bearings;
2. Foreign objects in the off-road forklift gearbox. The solution is to remove the foreign objects.
